How To Cook Chicken Wing Sous Vide
Chicken Wing is a tender cut, and does not contain much fat (except for the skin). As a result, chicken wing is best cooked by safely pasteurizing it at your desired temperature, but not exposing it to lengthy cooking times. One of the best ways to prepare chicken wing sous vide is to cook it a lower temperature, like 140ºF. Then sear it in a blazing hot pan. The result is an incredibly moist sous vide chicken wing that is safe to eat and incredibly delicious.
