Boneless Blade Roast is rich in fat and connective tissue. As a result, it is advised that you sous vide boneless blade roast for longer periods of time and at slightly higher temperatures.
We advise that you do not cook at boneless blade roast lower than medium.
Sous Vide Pork Boneless Blade Roast Recipe/Time
The most simple way of preparing boneless blade roast is to:
- Bring your sous vide setup up to the proper temperature (see chart below).
- Cut it into portions.
- Put the boneless blade roast into individual bags, along with a cooking fat like butter or olive oil, as well as some salt
- Seal the bag and place it in the water bath for some time.
- Remove the bag from the water bath, and the boneless blade roast from the bag
