How To Sous Vide Pork Spareribs
Spareribs are rich in fat and connective tissue. As a result, it is advised that you sous vide spareribs for longer periods of time and at slightly higher temperatures.
We advise that you do not cook at spareribs lower than medium.
Sous Vide Pork Spareribs Recipe/Time
The most simple way of preparing spareribs is to:
- Bring your sous vide setup up to the proper temperature (see chart below).
- Cut it into portions.
- Put the spareribs into individual bags, along with a cooking fat like butter or olive oil, as well as some salt
- Seal the bag and place it in the water bath for some time.
- Remove the bag from the water bath, and the spareribs from the bag
